Rental service not offered to non-customers I called to schedule an appointment because I got a service notification for my 3 month old 2018 Equinox (troubling within itself) and was told that b I called to schedule an appointment because I got a service notification for my 3 month old 2018 Equinox (troubling within itself) and was told that because I'm not an established customer (I purchased my car in the area I used to live in)I'm not provided rentals although I paid for a lease package that provides them. I was also told that most dealerships operate in that manner. That last statement was incorrect because I called another Chevrolet dealership who was more than happy to oblige me with a rental while my vehicle that is new and under warranty is being serviced. Friendly and Painless I went into Serra to look at a used car that I saw online, with no intentions of purchasing anything that day. From the moment I walked into the door I went into Serra to look at a used car that I saw online, with no intentions of purchasing anything that day. From the moment I walked into the door (because I was not stalked around the parking lot!), I was treated so nicely. Dominic was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and gave us space when we needed it to discuss. It was a very no-pressure, take your time environment. Between the great customer service and the great deal on the car, I went from "no intention of buying now" to "where do I sign?" I did not feel pushed into a vehicle that I didn't really want, and he made sure that all my questions, worries, and concerns were addressed. Vincent in finance was also great, made the financing process quick and painless. Not your stereotypical used car salesmen/dealer. I will be recommending Serra to everyone!! More
