Wonderful experience I had a less than pleasant experience attempting to buy from a different Chevy dealership and walked into Serra looking for an alternative. Dominic wa I had a less than pleasant experience attempting to buy from a different Chevy dealership and walked into Serra looking for an alternative. Dominic was the polar opposite from the pushy salesperson attempting to tack on fees and back out of agreed upon terms. His laid-back demeanor was perfect and he was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I've been shopping around for a while, and I knew the going-rate prices for the model I was looking at -- and they immediately came in with a strong offer. When I balked slightly, they came down to an offer I couldn't refuse. I'd highly recommend Dominic and Serra of Southfield. More
