I met Bassam three years ago Ram shopping from dealership to dealership to get the best price for the truck I wanted. I brought my 24 Ram in for service and figured my lease was coming up better touch base with Bassam to keep me in mind when he comes across a deal that's right for me. I had no intention to get a new truck that day but Bassam's professional, friendly, hard work and determination he absolutely went above and beyond finding me a better truck than I could have ever expected and that I was able to take home that day. Either way I wasn't going dealer shopping this time and I didn't question Bassam that he was getting me the best deal. I brought my 2026 ram 1500 in to fix a RamBox with a broken panel clip. It took over a week for my truck to be looked at, and I had no option of coming back when it was my turn in line.
