I have watched over the course of the last 5 years, the poor uninterested in the customer, employees leave and great, trusted service people join. A recall on my 2014 Cherokee was taken care of and the dealership offers a great deal on oil changes, so I took advantage of that. The only issue is that a problem was found with the left front strut mount and the parts were not in stock. I'll have to schedule another appointment once they come in. All in all, a good experience and everyone was helpful and friendly. A car wash for my filthy car was a nice bonus. More
