I had a bad PTU, and it took almost 2 months to get the part - not the dealership's fault, but thankfully I could still drive my vehicle. Tyler was great to work with. It did seem like I would have been in part - not the dealership's fault, but thankfully I could still drive my vehicle. Tyler was great to work with.
