Did not fix the problem the first time. The problem was not corrected by just replacing the axle seal. Started leaking again and now my jeep has been at this dealership since July 1. Made an appointment a month before my first visit for a recall issue. I had 7 confirmations sent to me about the appt. I got to the appt only to find the part had been put on someone else's car. They told me the part would need to be re-ordered and I would have to come back another time. I called 3 weeks later only to find out it was never ordered. I got a call a few days later telling me the part had arrived. The phone call was switched to AI to schedule the appt. AI told me somewhere would call back. I called back 3 days later to make the appt as no one had called me. I arrived for the appt and a very nice shuttle driver gave me a ride home. Then, I got a call that the wrong part was ordered and they were running to another dealer to get the correct part. It was another 2 hour delay. They gave me a $20 discount on my oil change for all the hassle -- It wasn't worth it. However, the new rearview camera does seem to work well. I won't be in any rush to go back there. More
