Tyler should be the face of customer service. He approached with kindness and listens. He demonstrated things with care and regard for the customer. What experience? My vehicle still sits in the service department for months. I have been being told lie after lie. This is not right by any means; employees quitting, to many vehicles to service, back department for months. I have been being told lie after lie. This is not right by any means; employees quitting, to many vehicles to service, backed up in work, we were meaning to get your truck in but, just can’t yet. Lie’s. I don’t understand. If your that backed up, stop taking work! WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT THAT? If you are having employees quit, and have to much work; then why are you telling people, that it is ok for them to have a vehicle towed, and dropped off at your place of business? Why, is two months, and not even diagnosed yet ok with you? Why? I’m not a millionaire, and this has caused my family hardship. I can not explain how bad life has gotten over this situation. The worst advice I have taken as an adult is to have my vehicle taken to your place of business. Shame on you!! More
