First time was a poor experience this one was better My first experience with Milosch was not a great one. This time was better, although after making the deal with my salesman I had to stand firm to get My first experience with Milosch was not a great one. This time was better, although after making the deal with my salesman I had to stand firm to get the dealership to honor what was agreed upon. My truck came from another dealership and they did great about getting it here in a timely manner so I could pick it up based on my schedule. My salesman did his best to show me how everything worked even though the touch screen was malfunctioning and had to be replaced. The new one came in before the quoted time and the service dept installed it promptly. One of your employees did hit my mirror with another vehicle while I was sitting in the truck being shown how to use the Bluetooth system. There doesn't appear to be any damage just a couple of cosmetic blemishes which the service manager tried to buff out. More
