damaged my car My wife took are car in for brakes ,oil change and trans flush. When she went to pick up the car the said they lost it and it took 40 minutes to find it. When she arrived home I noticed that there was a gash running down the whole side of the car. She took it back up there and had the service guy pull the damage inventory sheet that they use when you take it in so they can not any damage . Nothing about the big gash running down the whole side and I know for a fact that it wasn't there when we dropping it off . They said it didn't happen there .Some how there service guy missed a 7 foot mark on the whole side of the car .yea sound about right. More

We wanted a certain lease rate and John got close, but was just slightly higher than what we wanted. However, he suggested that we look at the insurance rates relative to the car (Dart) we were trading in and we found much more savings there. That was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. The Jeep had one flaw at delivery. The B-Pillar trim molding had a small piece that was pulled out near the roof. My guess is that it may have been snagged during a wipe with a cloth. John scheduled a Service visit for Tuesday September 8 for that repair and to install a trailer hitch. It will be almost two weeks since vehicle pick-up to get into the Service bay. That is longer than I expected. More

Efficient & competent 2009 G. Caravan had A/C issues and is covered under the extended warranty. Dropped it off for the day and they used the dye to trace the problem to th 2009 G. Replaced and recharged and I only had to pay my $100 deductible. No issues with coverage - handled very professionally. system seems to be working fine again. More
