Have used this dealership for years going back to prior owners. The current are no where near as customer first. Had vehicle in for service dropped the night before my “appointment “ and car did not get owners. The current are no where near as customer first. Had vehicle in for service dropped the night before my “appointment “ and car did not get looked u til 3 days later after calls from me multiple times. Then service rep acted like I was being pushy demanding they do something. Why give an appointment if you are not going to service anywhere near the assigned day! Now a month later started having loud noise from muffler area. Took elsewhere as Serra was not able to fix issue I had in there for. Seems issue now is missing screws and Bolts near flange in the area they were to repair. Not something that just falls out, pretty sure it was shoddy work from Serra that reared its ugly head. Will NEVER go back. We had been customers for over 20 years. More
