This tells me that I should look to another vehicle brand when I trade in my truck for a new vehicle. If you won't stand behind a obviously faulty paint job I think I will look some where else and at a different type of truck for my next purchase. Tire replacement surprise Having ordered 4 replacement Goodyear Eagle F1 performance tires for my company car Chrysler 300S, I used the Express Line to get the new tires swappe Having ordered 4 replacement Goodyear Eagle F1 performance tires for my company car Chrysler 300S, I used the Express Line to get the new tires swapped out. I was told it would be an hour wait....no problem. After 45 minutes, my Service Advisor Patrick told me car was done and ready to go. Great, job done early! Before leaving I walked around the car to review the new tire install. Because I noticed that the new set of tires were not the Eagle F1's as I was expecting, I went back in to talk to Patrick. Patrick came out to my 300S to inspect vehicle with me. He informed me that Goodyear discontinued the Eagle F1's with the RS-A series. However, in walking around vehicle he noticed that the rear driver side tire was installed on the rim backwards (inside face of tire was on outside)! He told me of this and said I couldn't leave until got this corrected. So, back to waiting room. After a full hour of waiting, Patrick returned stating my 300S was now ready to go. He apologized for the longer wait to get the 1 tire corrected stating that the Tech who had done the work wrong had left for the day, so he had to wait for another Tech to get freed up. Although was a 2 hour wait to get job done correctly, because I live in Macomb Twp (+35 mi away), am grateful that my tire issue was identified BEFORE leaving the dealership, so didn't have to return another day. So, thanks Patrick, I appreciate your inspection of work, you saved me a return visit. More

Major issue with starting my Jeep I had to have my Jeep towed to Palace because it would not start. The first visit ended with the service department not finding the exact cause of th I had to have my Jeep towed to Palace because it would not start. The first visit ended with the service department not finding the exact cause of the problem. Once again the Jeep would not start and I had it towed to Palace and this time Jim Gentry got involved and they found that another dealer had installed a recall item incorrectly causing the fuel pump to short out intermittently. So they did the recall item over and now the problem is solved. Mr. Gentry also worked with the Zone Manager to resolve an outstanding Keyfob issue going on for almost 2 years. I left Palace Jeep the last visit a very happy fellow. More
