Back in July called to make an appointment for a four wheel alignment for the 2016 Compass and was told the earliest appointment would be August 17th. Showed at 15 minutes early on the 17th and was infor wheel alignment for the 2016 Compass and was told the earliest appointment would be August 17th. Showed at 15 minutes early on the 17th and was informed it would take approximately two and half hours. Three hours later I needed the car back for my next appointment and was told that they had not even started working on the alignment. Someone should have told me that this was not going to work out on this day. Total waste of three hours. Very disappointing. More
