new car purchace Went in just to look at some new cars as I knew I would soon be trading my car in. After a look around I decided on the one I wanted. I had questions about trading in my current car as I was still making payments on it. I had been at the dealership six months prior to this and was met in the parking lot by James Oteino, he actually remembered me and my husband from six months ago, very friendly and good memory, he was able to answer all my questions, he is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles in the lot and about the programs at the dealership. James also was able to get me into a brand new car that very day, a much better one than I thought I'd be driving off with. I am very happy and pleased with the experience, will definitely return in the future for my next car! More
