I brought my 2016 Honda CRV in without an appointment (around 9amish) and in urgent need of service. I explained my unusual situation to Cale the Service attendant and he assured me that he would do his very best to accommodate me. Not only did they have my car diagnosed by the end of day, they had the part ordered and my car fixed by 9amish the next day. And that is what impressive customer service looks like. And please don’t miss read this review, because I’m not implying that Cale or any other staff member showed me preferential treatment, I’m saying, they’re Speedy Gonzales fast! More
People friendly, informative but not satisfied with detailing area. After spending 35k on a vehicle I expected better response from my issue. I texted my salesman Jerry prys regarding an issue with im not sure what it was on the back window and on the tail lights, nowhere else. Made appt to come in to have it looked at and removed. I tried windex, vinegar, alcohol and nothing worked. I couldn't feel anything on window just saw it. When I picked up the car it was over 90 degrees and sunny so I didn't notice it until later when I was loading groceries in the back. I sent 2 photos to salesman. The day before my 1.5 hr. drive Jerry called and said that detailers or who does the cleaning/prep said to try all the things I already tried that if that didn't work they're was nothing they could do and to not waste trip. Well needles to say I was ticked off. How can you tell off 2 photos whether or not you can remove it if you haven't looked at it in person only from a photo. For the amount of money I spent paid in full to get this type of service or lack they're of is unacceptable. For a dealership to be number 1 they said like 7+ years musta got lucky. I was willing to drive to have it looked at and to blow me off guess didn't want to bother with me or just lazy. I had to go to my detail guy here and had it removed at a cost. It had to occur at the dealership since it was only on back window and tail lights and car was cleaned there. I never washed the car it stayed clean in garage. Just super unhappy for what's suppose to be a high class dealership, think detailers need to find a new job. More
Even though Serra Honda is not the Honda Dealership closest to our home, I have continued to return there for service every single time our 2022 hybrid CR-V was due for maintenance,, even buying a full closest to our home, I have continued to return there for service every single time our 2022 hybrid CR-V was due for maintenance,, even buying a full set of Michelins when our cross country driving trips wore out our first set of tires. Cale Bempke has been our same service advisor each and every visit and I couldn’t ask for a more conscientious professional than he has proven to be. The only thing better than the reliability of owning a Honda is having a dealership with a top notch Service Department and that’s what we have with Serra Honda. Thank you! More

The service was fine, however I had a 1:30 appointment for an oil change & tire rotation and didn’t get my van back until 3pm. At 2:55, the service employee walked in with a cabin air filter to ask if I’d for an oil change & tire rotation and didn’t get my van back until 3pm. At 2:55, the service employee walked in with a cabin air filter to ask if I’d like mine replaced (I knew it was too dirty to be my air filter, but he’d accidentally called the wrong name). Even if it had been my air filter, after I had waited so long there is no way that I would have accepted waiting any longer. More
