I didn't need much work done- just oil change and evaluation of my brakes and battery. But Serra was able to squeeze me in onto an otherwise fully booked schedule. I was prepared to leave the car a evaluation of my brakes and battery. But Serra was able to squeeze me in onto an otherwise fully booked schedule. I was prepared to leave the car all day and take the shuttle, but the service assistant verified that the techs could take my car almost right away so I stayed. Yeah, it did take a little longer than originally anticipated but that also included the new battery that needed to be installed after the evaluation. So I wasn't upset about the extra time. Still got in and out within 1.5 hours. So I appreciate how the service attendants try to be accommodating and cognizant of their customer's time as well as cost factors. I've always had a positive experience with Serra service. More
