Dwayne scheller is our service man at Sarah Honda and we like him very much. But the last time we were in for a oil change and to put a new battery in my 2020 Honda there was a big problem when we got up th like him very much. But the last time we were in for a oil change and to put a new battery in my 2020 Honda there was a big problem when we got up the next morning. We had oil all over our garage floor and my husband took the car out of the garage we jacked it up and the oil pan at the bottom were the nut screws in to let the oil in and out was not even tight. We are not happy at all about this because we could have lost the engine in our vehicle as we drove home for over an hour. I know it's not Dwayne scheller's fault and we feel bad about this but whoever Honda gets for people to change oil they need to make sure they know what the xxxx they're doing. Not sure if we'll come back to Sarah Honda or not. More
When I pulled into the Service building I was greeted in less than a minute by Camden Saber, who immediately proceeded to assess all 4 tire pressures. Finding the front passenger tire low 7 lbs. , he then i less than a minute by Camden Saber, who immediately proceeded to assess all 4 tire pressures. Finding the front passenger tire low 7 lbs. , he then informed me and completed necessary paperwork and walked me to the waiting area. While Camden was checking tire pressures, I spoke to another Service representative ( sorry I do not recall his name) regarding the center console tray for my 2025 CR-V which was missing when I purchased/picked up the vehicle in early May. Not finding it available, he placed an order referring to Camden for future delivery. Camden updated me, telling me that a piece of metal was found in the tire. He said this could be repaired and good for the life of the tire. Upon completion of the tire repair, Camden completed payment for repairs. Then handing me the key fob, he shared where the vehicle was parked. Thank you Camden for such great service. Sarah and I are very grateful for the exceptional care and service we have received at Serra Honda of Grandville. A very wonderful Team/Family of people, all serving their customers, whatever it takes, to deliver the best possible care. More
