They have gone above and beyond in the many years I have worked with them. About 10 years ago they found problems on my Accord that other dealerships missed after multiple service visits. I was hesitant at first because of the cost but there was something in the service person's voice that let me know they were truly worried about my safety if I did not have the work done. My most recent visit was after I had moved out of town and my car broke while in Grand Rapids. Conner took my call on a Saturday, he had to work past his shift to put my information in. He really saved me that day, he has no idea how grateful I am. More

I brought my 2016 Honda CRV in without an appointment (around 9amish) and in urgent need of service.
