Dear Mrs. Kosmos, We at Serra Automotive are sorry to hear of this unhappy experience that you have had. To our understanding, the "wash and vac" was instructed to be a full detail which once it was underway, the detail department had removed items from your vehicle in order to clean it. In this process, we believe that your GPS was accidentally left out of your vehicle. We found it in our detail shop where our lost and found items are placed until the rightful owner claims the item. We returned your GPS when we found it but did not however find the cord that you state goes to the GPS. Mr. Blackburn, the service manager, stated that he has made many attempts to resolve the issue with the missing cord by replacing it through radio shack. We are willing to pay for your cord to be replaced and apologize for this unfortunate situation. Please understand that we have tried to be as customer friendly as possible by initially giving you a rental car to get to work and the "wash and vac" was free of charge that day as well. Mistakes happen sometimes but we try our best for things of this nature to be handled well and swiftly. You should be hearing from us by phone again soon if you have not already.

It's my understanding that removing personal property from a vehicle NEVER includes going into a customers glove box. And Bo Pete even stated so in front of the officer that came with me that day so I have my own witness. And I can tell you right now that "Mr Blackburn" has not gone out of his way to help me nor has he been very pleasant to deal with especially involving a theft of property at my home where my vehicle alarm was bypassed. And it also disturbs me that Mr Flemming didnt seem to care about losing our business which further prompts me to seek a new Nissan dealership elsewhere. Our intentions now are to get in touch with the CEO of Nissan so they will know how "Serra of Sylacauga AL" treat their valued customers. I am appalled that all of this nonsense has taken place over a $200 GPS and that I have been made out to be the bad guy here instead of the victim!! 8 weeks I have waited for something that should have been taken care of the day I reported my GPS stolen.
