Rates had gone up tremendously. I dont think economy or war has anything to do with it. I brought vehicle in for recall. They offered a free tire rotation as an add on. Perfect, until I get home and there's a crazy noise coming from tire. I get charged for them to shave They offered a free tire rotation as an add on. Perfect, until I get home and there's a crazy noise coming from tire. I get charged for them to shave off some of my wheel well. It's clear as day that one of the mechanics screwed up and he's trying to cover their tracks. The noise is still there after I payed money to have it fixed. I'm not coming back to Toyota Serra to have it worked on. More
