They sold me a truck with a rotting frame and refuse to even attempt to offer any kind of resolution, and their shop won't even touch it since it's an older vehicle and not a new $60k one. Now I'm stuck with a giant paperweight that isn't safe for my family. Sales manager Brad Hartzell basically told me to kick rocks but he'd be happy to soak me for more money to purchase another vehicle. I guess they don't call them stealerships for nothing. This is especially unfortunate as I've always had positive experiences with Al Serra. Reports have been made to the BBB, State of Michigan, and Toyota corporate, and will likely pursue in small claims court. And I'll be sure to tell all of my friends and family of the situation and that they shouldn't spend their money here. More
