Serra Trussville Kia - Service Center

Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. They gave me a ride to my office. After checking my filters, they installed a new cabin air filter. They asked if I wanted my coolant system serviced, but th me a ride to my office. After checking my filters, they installed a new cabin air filter. They asked if I wanted my coolant system serviced, but their test showed it was good to 0 degrees so I declined. They are thorough and reasonable. When I declined the $110 coolant service, they were still nice about it, unlike other places I've been that will not accept "no" for an answer. I'll be back again and again! More

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. I’ve actually just switched to Serra Kia Trussville. After we moved to Hoover, AL from GA this last July, 2019, I’d taken my 2019 Sorento to the deale I’ve actually just switched to Serra Kia Trussville. After we moved to Hoover, AL from GA this last July, 2019, I’d taken my 2019 Sorento to the dealership closer to home for regular maintenance. Not knocking them, I think it’s more because of the volume, but when I had a rear window come off track (right before a round of heavy showers), the location close to home said it would be at least a day before they could look at it. Couldn’t wait, googled other dealers & found this one, but another 15-20 miles away from home. Called them, they said “bring it on up right now!!” Did, and 30 minutes later, fixed and on the road again. Called them to schedule this last visit for next routine maintenance and about a letter I got about needing to upgrade a “anti-knock” sensor or something like that. Again, very pleasant visit, and out I went within an hour and a half. Frankie was very helpful just like when window came off track. More
