They reached out to my family offering to lend us cars after we lost four cars in the May 20th tornado. We borrowed two cars and were able to work out our insurance and replace our cars without any problems thanks to the help from Seth Wadley Ford. We would have been in such a bind without their help. To our surprise, we only had rental insurance on one car. We also knew there was a limited supply of rental cars in our area due to the large number of people without vehicles. Took my car in several times and problem would get fixed temporarily each time, so they tell me I should trade it in before my warranty expires becasue "sometimes y several times and problem would get fixed temporarily each time, so they tell me I should trade it in before my warranty expires becasue "sometimes you just get a problem vehicle". Glad i didn't do it because i went to another dealer the next time and they asked me if i did the work myself because it was getting patched but the real problem was never fixed. I said I am interested in a New Car purchase. I told them exactly what I wanted, and the features. I was called a few times, and asked to schedule an appointment, which was fine. My wife and I drove from Norman to Pauls Valley (about an hour with holiday traffic) and when we got there and Cindy was not there. She didn't tell me, that Jeff would take care of us(another hit). Then, we asked to see the Ford Edge, that we drove down to see(and buy). He balked and then went away for several minutes, then came back and said 'It is Not here'. We then left and Zac called us, and asked if he could sell us a car. I laughed and said, you guys kind of blew it, or something like that. I said I would talk it over with my wife. Cindy called me Monday to ask ' How'd you like the car?' I said you lyed to me.
