BMW of Plano has a Carpro Representative, Max Steamer who we contacted with and who made the introduction to Tayler Boss who was the primary Point of Contact and who we did the test drives with. He also exp we contacted with and who made the introduction to Tayler Boss who was the primary Point of Contact and who we did the test drives with. He also explained some of the features of the X7 when we finally agreed on the make, model and options. A relative long process that lasted beyound the dealerships working hours. Very good experience. Would recommend those two to others looking to purchase a BMW or Mini at this dealership. More

I recently visited BMW of Plano for a tire replacement, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. My service advisor, Cody Garcia, was incredibly helpful—professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen to every concern I had about the car and coordinated directly with the shop foreman, Brad, who even joined me on a test drive to better understand the issue. The service team treated my vehicle with great care: they covered the white seats and mats, washed the car, and returned it spotless. So far, this has been the best customer service experience I’ve had at any BMW dealership in the DFW area. Highly recommend their team. More

However, I was told the keys were with another sales representative named Jef. Unfortunately, Jef’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Due to his behavior, I decided not to proceed with the purchase at all. This was a disappointing experience, and I would expect better treatment from a dealership representing BMW. More
Each of my service experiences at Sewell BMW of Plano have been exceptional, but in my recent interaction with Mallory and Mike Pope (Service Manager), I was once again reminded that Sewell simply does i have been exceptional, but in my recent interaction with Mallory and Mike Pope (Service Manager), I was once again reminded that Sewell simply does it better. They were never dismissive of my frustration with an A/C issue I was having in my 2022 X5 and did their best to accommodate me where possible. Mallory also went out of her way to dig into an issue I was having with Progressive Insurance related to windshield repair. I can't speak highly enough about the service level and professionalism I have experienced at Sewell BMW of Plano. A huge thank you to the team there -- from a Sewell customer for life. More
My name is Bobby Wesley, I have a 2019 X3 and been having the same problem for 3 years with a water leak in the bluetooth mic and rear view mirror mount. First date of service Sept. 2, 2022 Jeremy ch having the same problem for 3 years with a water leak in the bluetooth mic and rear view mirror mount. First date of service Sept. 2, 2022 Jeremy checked it in and stated they cleaned the drain and railing of debris. Vehicle was only 3 years old and this should not be happening period. Second date of service 2 months later Oct. 28th 2022 still water leaks in the same area, Ann Dee Lea Jayne was the service advisor. Invoice shows two pages of things the said they replaced, I want list all of the items but will provide if needed. The main issues the found was the headliner was wet and worn sunroof and surrounding seals letting large amounts of water in. They replaced sunroof seal and set seal for rear glass. Again still all under manufacture warranty. Third service date June 24, 2025 for the same water leaks, Whalen was my service advisor they said the sunroof drains were congested, so they stated they cleaned out sunroof drains with compressed air and flushing with water. Charged me this time $285.00 for an ongoing issue the claims they have fixed. Fourth service date Sept. 5, 2025 Nick Johnston and Mike Pope was the service advisor and manager, two months later and it is still leaking water inside the bluetooth mic and rearview mirror mount when it rains outside. Now, they want to charge me $2,000.00 for rubber seal, around the sunroof and set seal for rear glass and other items. This was all replaced in Oct. 2022 and now it needs replacing again. This vehicle was only 3 years old when I first discovered these water leaks, something that should not be happening at all. And all they do is make up excuses why this is happening. Mike Pope told me parts ware down over time because to the environment. If that was the case so many other BMW owners in Texas would be having this problem. I am so tired of the excuses and the lies and would just like my vehicle fixed correctly at their expense. I have had many vehicles with sunroofs and have NEVER had a water leak in any of them. This is unacceptable for them to keep blaming the customer knowing it was possibly manufactured with parts that broke down or broke. I will not pay another dime for a ongoing issues they know is not any doing of the consumer / former customer. More
If out of warranty it will cost you 3x to repair almost anything over $500. I got my shocks replaced for $2700 with oem parts, dealer wanted $10k, ac repair $2300, dealer $9k. There must be a strategy behi anything over $500. I got my shocks replaced for $2700 with oem parts, dealer wanted $10k, ac repair $2300, dealer $9k. There must be a strategy behind this extreme cost besides easy profit. Im guessing they want to push u to trade it and then they can fix it for $500 and sell it back for 50% higher than your broken trade the very next day. Check local euro shops before you spend dumb money on most euro car dealers. In Europe bmws are dirt cheap to fix compared to what usa dealers charge you. It’s not whats you make, it’s what you get to keep. More
