These are things I appreciate. So, after looking online at their inventory, I was contacted via email by Jenna Hart. I went to the dealership, took a look at the car, and decided to buy it that day. However, I was going out of town for a week and they were nice enough to hold it for me. After the paperwork and signatures, Ms. Hart took a long time to show my spouse all of the vehicle "gizmos". BEING A SINGLE FEMALE, I HAD ALWAYS USED CLASSIC BMW PLANO FOR MY X3 SERVICE NEEDS, THEN SEWELL PURCHASED CLASSIC BMW . I WAS SKEPTICAL BECAUSE I LOVED CLASSIC BMW. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted by almost everyone at the dealership and made to feel I was important. Most Dealers on a Holiday are very busy, but they made me feel welcome. Like they were waiting for me. Not the typical “Do you have an appointment?” Which I run into at almost every car dealership. This is my 5th BMW since 2017 (I like new cars) and the first time I bought one from Sewell BMW of Plano. That day I drove my new car home, The sales guy I ended up working with gave me his personal cell phone after the sale to message him if I had any questions about the car over the next week or two. 2023 BMW X7 with 14000 miles needs 4 new tires, A/c not working properly and it has been checked and serviced 2 times. Window shade is broken at 1000 miles. Center Air vent broken at 2000 miles. Seat vent working properly and it has been checked and serviced 2 times. Window shade is broken at 1000 miles. Center Air vent broken at 2000 miles. Seat ventilation broken at 10,000 and all service guys and managers are thinking this is normal for BMW. I have taken my X7 so far 7 times for service with only 16000 miles for several different issues. More
