Michael Snyder was quick in responding although most communication took place over the phone. He provided all the info requested in a timely manner. I really appreciated his friendliness when I actually stepped into the dealership although it was 5:30PM, just 30 mins before closing. Closed the deal and I was off the lot by 7PM. overall, it was the best bummer experience I've ever had. Thanks! More
