I hate buying cars because I hate dealing with sales pe I purchased a 2017 INFINITI QX50 AWD from Classic BMW in 03/2019. Mark F. was my sales person. I hate buying cars because I hate dealing with sales people, but this process was smooth, fast, friendly, and surprisingly pleasant. Mark (a nice guy) facilitated a super deal on my trade, and delivered my new (2017) car in like new condition. There was no vicious haggling as Classic BMW is a fixed price dealership on pre-owned cars. While looking for my next car, I found that fixed price dealerships are usually higher than the negotiable dealerships, but not this time. The car I bought was listed at a fantastic price, and lower than comparable cars at the negotiable dealerships. And, the Finance people were also fantastic. It was a fast, seamless process, a great deal, on a super car (that my mechanic gives two thumbs up on) that I love. I have nothing but good things to say about Mark F. and Amanda (in Finance). I would definitely buy from them again. More
