After letting Robin know that I had negative equity in my BMW convertible and needed to flip it out and get into a lease, he went to work and put a deal together that met all of my preferences. When I showed up at Classic BMW, he had my contract done and car out front for my test drive. Lastly, he took the time to go over the entire car and set up all my features. The actual face time for my transaction was a fraction of the time I've spent at dealerships in the past. I'm a negotiator and I knew where I should land in price and there was really no haggling needed. Robin is honest and professional. Everyone from the receptionist, Robin's assistant Max and the service guy Nick who removed my plates and toll tag from my old car were all fantastic. More
