Seemless ordering, receiving and paperwork makes purchasing a car painless. Robin was so kind, considerate, and very patient. The other team members that are worth mentioning is Choung Nguyen, the Director of Service. He is amazing, organized, responsive, and has such a team spirit that is evident in the service area. Lastly, a great person there who is a service advisor, and has been for over 5 years, is Pat Arnold. He is the bomb.com. Any little concern, he takes with great concern. I purchased my first BMW in 1997 and have never shopped anyplace else. No need to! They have always worked with me to find the car I was looking for. From new to preowned BMWs, a Toyota FJ and most recently a Jeep Rubicon Hard Rock. And they did so while keeping me well within the budget we discussed. The transaction from trade in to new car delivery is remarkable. Classic has always been fair with my trade and therefore, we didn’t have to do the whole back and forth haggling thing. How unpleasant. Next thing you know my salesman is walking me through all the features of my new car. Another thing I just love is the Maintance Program. I’ve had the same Service Advisor for almost a decade. Unheard of in the car business. It’s easy to schedule and appointment and if need be I can take a loan car. Although, I do love the option of waiting in the lounge. The coffee is outstanding! My last purchase as I stated earlier wasn’t even a BMW. I’m well known to, Eddie one of the managers, over the years he has helped me numerous cars. His knowledge and attention to detail are uncanny. I mentioned I was looking to buy an off-road vehicle. In no time he found me just what I was looking for. Needless to say I would high recommend Classic BMW to anyone looking to buy or lease their next vehicle, but don’t take it from me, go see for yourself. From the minute you are greeted at the door they’ll cure your dread of the car buying experience. You might even make a lifelong friend in the process. I did! More

I receive a call from Mark Fresard within minutes of my submission. Mark confirmed the car was still available and answered all my questions. I was excited about the car wanted to see it right away, however I was 45 minutes away and the dealership would be closed when I arrive. Mark graciously waited for me to arrive, allowed me to test drive the vehical while mine was being appraised and an hour (or less) later I was driving off in my new car. I have to repeat AMAZING EXPERIENCE. More
