Outstanding Customer Service and Detail to my needs I worked with Pedro and he was excellent! He listened to exactly what i needed and was unlike any other car salesman i had met before. Most car salesm I worked with Pedro and he was excellent! He listened to exactly what i needed and was unlike any other car salesman i had met before. Most car salesman won't leave you alone and push you to buy something that isn't needed to make a quick sale but he didn't. He gave me great feedback and was there to help me find the best fit and i didnt feel rushed into a decision. i haven't shopped for a car in 6 years and was dreading looking until i met Pedro. He was exceptional and i highly recommend any car shopper going to see him! More

Great Experience I must admit i dreaded the process of buying a new car, primarily because of the stereotypical car buying process: high pressure sales tatics, cheesy I must admit i dreaded the process of buying a new car, primarily because of the stereotypical car buying process: high pressure sales tatics, cheesy sales pitches, and trying to sell the car at the highest price possible. I did not experience that process with Brett Warren and Classic BMW. Brett understood what I wanted and got me a fair deal without the constant contact and pressure. I didn't feel like i was being sold, I felt like we were making a deal. I would definitely recommend Brett. More
