I dealt with Zuhaib, a service advisor, and he took me through every step of the p I Brought my 2015 BMW 435i to get checked for a possible oil leak. I dealt with Zuhaib, a service advisor, and he took me through every step of the process that was going to be involved in terms of diagnosing the problem. After it was completed, he personally checked the car himself to Make sure all the seals were tight. The issue with intermittent problems in cars are sometimes when you bring it in for service the technicians sort of dismiss It. Zuhaib took my car issue seriously and took care of it in the most professional manner possible. I will only deal with him moving forward. He took all the stress out of getting my car serviced. More
