When I had to get my car serviced I went to a closer BMW dealership, Classic BMW and everything changed. Keith just so happen to be my service advisor and I was so lucky! Keith walked me step by step in what they will do on my vehicle and asked me about any concerns I had or what else he could do to make sure I leave happy. He also heard me on how I wasn’t too happy about my vehicle and introduced my to a sales accosicate, Doug, who calls me just to say hi and how I am doing. I can’t explain how grateful I am for Keith and his customer service. I have had seven tires pop and every time I call Keith he will always ask if he needs to stay in the phone with me if I am nervous or stays late to make sure I am taken care of. I will forever be a loyal BMW customer just because of Keith. I can never thank him enough for his kindness and compassion for his customers. I cannot wait to buy my next vehicle at Classic BMW. More
