What a terrific shopping experience! My first time in the store, I was a bit apprehensive. Allen was great to work with. He took me on several test drives to help me narrow down my car selection. This Spring, it was time to get serious about the car I wanted. I knew I wanted European Delivery and I was pretty sure which model I wanted. In the meantime, Allen was promoted so he handed me off to Jim Francis. Jim also took me on several test drives. He made suggestions based on my driving style and he walked me through a thorough check out of the car - a 640i Gran Coupe. Turns out that when I take delivery, it will be the 2014 model year. Jim was patient and spent as much time as needed to build the car to my specifications. I even called him a couple of days later with a change. As long as they had not started building my car, I could change any thing I wanted. Jim was awesome to work with. I would not hesitate to contact Classic and Jim again! More

My husband and I visited Classic BMW on a Friday evening just wanting to browse the used selection of BMW vehicles that were available. We were met on the lot by Michael Snyder. He greeted us promptly and just wanting to browse the used selection of BMW vehicles that were available. We were met on the lot by Michael Snyder. He greeted us promptly and asked if we had any questions or if he could help us to look at any cars. He was so polite and not the least bit "in your face" with his approach. He was very patient with us as we were looking at many different models very close to closing time. We drove several that night and spoke with him briefly about our options in his office before we left that night to consider our options. He left a message the following morning to see if there was anything that he could do to help us with our decision. We decided later that day to make a return visit and to try and make a selection. Again, Michael was so patient and helpful with the many "requests" such as body color, interior color, features, etc...We made a selection and have been very pleased with our BMW. Our experience was made so pleasant by a salesman who was so helpful and available, but not "pushy" at all. Michael made our purchase so easy and enjoyable! My salesman, Allen, was professional (yet friendly), responsive (and not pushy), and very knowledgeable to explain the product and the process to me. No pressure or haggling on the price that I've experienced at other dealerships. I first planned to get financing through my credit union but Allen found an unbeatable rate through BMW for me which I very much appreciated. The entire staff was great and made us feel welcomed. A great experience and I'm very happy with my new BMW!! More

This was my last stop after a long Saturday of searching for used cars. I was immediately greeted by Scott Gillis. He was very friendly and showed me a couple of BMWs even though it was 30 degrees outside. for used cars. I was immediately greeted by Scott Gillis. My battery died...before I called Roadside Assistance I called by salesman, Scott Gillis. Do you know he offered to drive to my house to give me a jumpstart? That is incredile! After taking my car in called by salesman, Scott Gillis. Do you know he offered to drive to my house to give me a jumpstart? That is incredile! After taking my car in to service the battery (it started with a jump but I wanted to be absolutely sure it was OK), the service advisor called (Chip...can't remember his last name) and told me they had changed the battery. In addition he had they run diagnostics to make sure the battery wasn't caused by any other issue and realized my service was about due for my brakes (thus saving me a later trip). I cannot tell you how good it makes me feel to get such awesome customer service. I'm an officer at a local company and this is a great example of what I remind my team....deliver service beyond expectations! It makes for happy customers who will remember you and use your services for years to come!! More
