I bought a 328i from Classic. I would usually rather have a root canal than car shop but this was by far the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. The whole process from walking in the door (had scheduled an appt) to finance couldn't have been easier. There was no need to negotiate, they gave me a fair deal from the start and were honest and upfront about everything. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a BMW. If you go be sure to talk to Douglas Robbins or David Hall (they work together), two of the nicest guys you could ever work with in the car business and they will treat you right. Other than the sales experience I have enjoyed regular car washes at Classic (free) while enjoying TV, WIFI and refreshments in their comfortable sales area, at least while I'm not walking around dreaming of my next BMW. I have had no issues with my BMW but have had an oil change that went off flawlessly. I'm in Classic frequently (gotta drive a clean car) and always feel valued as a customer by everyone there. More
Some small problems here and there have always been handled promptly - Staff generally goes out of their way to help with things that are within reason. This has been especially true of my recent sales purchase experience and interactions with John Berry in sales. He was the same gentleman who was in Service - I recall any conversations with him pleasant, fair, and unbiased. To put it simply - No Bull-...! If you have been here in the past trying to make a new purchase and were unsatisfied, I recommend you give them another chance! More

I purchase my first BMW from a different car dealership. I was not happy with the car and found myself at the servcie part of the BWM dealership. Fell in love with the level of excellence of my service adv I was not happy with the car and found myself at the servcie part of the BWM dealership. Fell in love with the level of excellence of my service advisor and the overall environment. I found a Roger in sales and he was endlessly paitent and did eventually find the perfect car for me. Since buying my car Roger has continued to be patient and kind every time I stop by to ask another question about how to work "this or that". I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Charlotte Zwart More

Michael was patient in working with me to drive more and more vehicles, reviewing options and then when we found the right car, working the deal. **Highly recommend Classic BMW's very own Michael Snyder.** My husband and I went to Classic BMW looking to "update/upgrade" our 2010 X5, not sure what we wanted, when we arrived we met Michael who t Snyder.** My husband and I went to Classic BMW looking to "update/upgrade" our 2010 X5, not sure what we wanted, when we arrived we met Michael who took the time to listen to our needs as well as our wants, he made recomendations and worked with us very patiently as we test drove and looked at what I think was EVERY car in their inventory (for 3 days)! Michael never seemed impatient nor was he pushy. After our first day with Michael my husband and I left determined to buy a car from Michael. He was knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. We came back (2 more times) and again looked at more options, it seemed like we needed to get something different than what we had, well Michael again was patient and helped us decide on the perfect X5 for us (it was the first car he showed us 3 days earlier)!! I must say that through this whole process we had out 4 year old son with us, who did not demonstrate as much patience and understanding as Michael. Thank you Michael for being our consultant, advisor, and baby sitter :0)!! I went into Classic BMW with one model in mind, however Lon and Pedro spent time to get to know me and asked lots of questions that I hadn't considered in my decission making process. This resulted in the purchase of a car that exceeds my expectations. The service didn't stop there... on an unexpected day of snow in Dallas shortly after getting the car, I was to be 35 miles away for a very important meeting. I had left the house and realized I'd left my wallet at home. There were road closures all over the metroplex and I ended up driving over 50 miles out of my way to get close to my meeting. My gas indicator got to 0 with 5 more miles to go. I was fortunate enough to be close to Classic and coasted into the lot. I went into the sales office and explained my situation, asking if they could put a few gallons of gas in my tank to make it back home. The sales team jumped into high gear and called the service department who pulled my car over to the gas pump and filled my tank. I was able to make it to that very important meeting.
