My husband and I went to Class BMW knowing we wanted a BMW, but not knowing exactly which model. We've have had several 5-series BMW's over the years, but thought we might want to change to something else BMW, but not knowing exactly which model. We've have had several 5-series BMW's over the years, but thought we might want to change to something else. We met Roger Abbott as soon as we arrived on the lot. He was warm and gracious from the beginning. Because we were indecisive, we wanted to drive several different models - everything from a three series convertible to an SUV! He spent the whole afternoon with us and never once seemed impatient, nor did he try to rush us to make a decision. We liked him so much that we were determined to buy a car from him, whatever we finally decided. The Christmas holidays passed and we went back to see Roger. Again we drove several cars and again he was totally patient with us. We bought a car that day (another 5-series) and he handled everything about the deal from start to finish with true professionalism. I arrived and he had already pulled the car around to the front and had it freshly washed. I could tell he took pride in his work. He was knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy. He seemed genuinely interested by taking time to be sure I had my questions answered, not rushing the process. I actually had fun! The finance process was quick and Mike LeTourneau was also very friendly and professional. We did not feel like there was a lot of back and forth and negotiations with the elusive finance department as it was with another car purchase at a different dealership. They took great care of us. We are happy with our purchase and others confirmed their experience was very similar to ours and they will continue to buy from Classic BMW, also. More
