The service dept sucks in terms of the work and the attitude. The building looks nice except the services are poorly executed. When we first arrived at Classic BMW, we parked directly in front of the used car showroom. We were never greeted and were forced to evaluate the vehicles on lot on our own in 100+ weather. We finally made it into the showroom and stood helplessly by ourselves in the lobby until I finally managed to flag down Christopher. We explained our needs to Christopher and he showed us a vehicle. His attitude however was resistant until we could assure him our numbers were within the ballpark. We concluded our visit to Classic with Christopher giving us a number on a vehicle and him taking down our contact information. This later puzzeled me because he never once reached out to engage me any further. When I later found competitive pricing at other dealers and on the internet - I found that Classic's numbers on used cars are way out of line. More

The purchase of our BMW was much faster than previous cars we have bought, I think we would probably buy our next auto through the internet dept. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I don't think this is what is intended, but it would be a great sales technique for the customer to feel like they have a advocate to help them with the purchasing of their auto. No one has ever done this before. when i can back i was still undecided as i did not like the trim and wanted a sport package. Kelly gave me another set of keys for a 3 series with sport package and drove it around. this was the best experience i have recd from a car dealer. NO PRESSURE or tactics. pick your car and test drive it. Financing was quick and painless I would recommend seeing Kelly Bliss at Classic BMW if you are looking for a BMW. More
