I don't think this is what is intended, but it would be a great sales technique for the customer to feel like they have a advocate to help them with the purchasing of their auto. No one has ever done this before. when i can back i was still undecided as i did not like the trim and wanted a sport package. Kelly gave me another set of keys for a 3 series with sport package and drove it around. this was the best experience i have recd from a car dealer. Very highly recommend working with Kelly Bills and just bought our second vehicle from him in a month.
