Avoid this dealer like you would a plague, or possibly bacterial meningitis...<br><br>The staff here is beyond arrogant, rude, and incompetent. You see, this dealership is located in a rather affluent area of Dallas. As a result (im guessing), they dont bother treating customers fairly because there is an endless supply of wealthy individuals with money. So, they dont actually need to be amicable or respectable in order to try and sell cars. The cars will get bought with good or bad customer satisfaction/service. (I cannot help but appreciate this from a business standpoint)<br><br>Regardless, how long does it take to change oil? 30mins, maybe an hour if you are clumsy or grasp things slowly. Well for Classic BMW, try 4 days and still not done. They're usually fast and courteous. Quality of work is just so so. I've taken my car in several times for minor squeaks and rattles--sometimes they made it worse, one time they left a loose screw in the door that rolled aroud, and every time they lube my door seals they get silicone all over my seats and dash. Kind of sloppy. However, I tend to forgive them because they've given me a loaner painlessly every time, and the car always comes back super clean! More
They knowlingly sold me a "new" 7 series that had been repainted...not just a scratch, but the entire top 1/2 of the car. When I called them on it 10 days after taking delivery, they stonewalled had been repainted...not just a scratch, but the entire top 1/2 of the car. Service is fast and friendly. <br><br>I wandered around the new and used car lots and nobody came up to ask me if I needed any help. I guess I looked like a teenage scrub looking at his dream cars? Or they have a low pressure sales strategy. When I asked for a sales rep they found one. I like the fact I wasn't treated like meat in a tank of pirahna like at every other manufacturer's dealership. <br><br>I'd buy a car from em in the future. More
