today 12/5/2025, was my pick up day after a week and a half looking a several SUVs and working a deal, finally we were going to get the vehicle, after several trips to the dealership and working numbers w half looking a several SUVs and working a deal, finally we were going to get the vehicle, after several trips to the dealership and working numbers we had the one, they accepted my offer of $93,115.48 out the door, for a 2023 escalade, who was going to say that we were going to be leaving without the vehicle because of their lack of transparency when working the deal they expected me to pay up front $7,710 that were never discussed, upps!!! they say when i asked what's going on, i have a purchased agreement signed and approved by them showing the out the door price, the bank already knew and approved everything and today Brook the sales representative who i was working with came to tell me right when i was getting ready to signed all the paperwork that amount was due and how i was going to pay for that, the whole point for requesting an out the door price is to have that exactly instead they left a down payment that was never agreed upon at any time and was brought up at the end when i was getting ready to signed all the documents, not only they tried to act like nothing was done wrong but when i called the bank USAA they told me that the dealer was wrong by doing that and to walk out because that was none sense and bad practice on their end, after i told them that i wasn't going to pay for such a thing instead of trying to make it better they simple say so sorry and on my way i went, what got me really upset was to see my kids' faces basically with a huge disappointment and the fact that i wasted my time and my family's time by doing everything that was requested to end up leaving because of their negligence and lack of transparency, if you can find the vehicle you need somewhere else please don't waste your time specially with Brook, i had to called her finance supervisor because she showed no experience when working the deal, she also told me that when getting a CPO warranty that will run consecutive with the factory warranty, i should have known to leave right then, on this particular vehicle i noticed one tired wasn't the same as the others and the others had some significant wear, what did they do? well, they left the wore out tires on it saying that they passed inspections and replaced one, does that makes sense? just like i told them i will say it here, because they wasted my time and my families and had them worked out about this i will always not recommend this place and if you had a good experience great, but this is just xx and they have no credibility Nore any sense of responsibility for their own mistakes, they prefer to waste your time and walk away from a sale when they know they messed up and were caught, with that i told them i don't want to be contacted at all unless its directly from their GM herself to make it right otherwise I'm taking my business somewhere else where they are honest and transparent, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. don't say i didn't share my experience. I was interested in a CT5-V V series Blackwing. Upon a reply email I asked why it was priced so low. The next day (same inventory number) it was priced $30k higher . I was in search of a very specific used vehicle regarding the exterior and interior. Combine those requests with the requirement of a certain drive type so I could tow it behind my RV and my choices near hom the exterior and interior. I did a nationwide search and found exactly two vehicles that met my "wants and needs". One at Ken Batchelor in San Antonio and another at a dealership in Nashville TN. I began email contact with both. Robert Black at Ken Batchelor was very prompt to answer my questions. He also was able to negotiate a very fair deal for my trade value along with the purchase of the used vehicle I was interested in. He gave me an "out the door" price which is always how I shop for a vehicle so there are no surprises in finance with this or that "fee". We worked the deal all via email. My wife and I made the 700 + mile trip to San Antonio with the appointment to pick up the vehicle at 9:00AM on a Monday morning. We got there about 8:30. We were greeted friendly and asked if we had any other questions. We did a quick test drive and the vehicle was exactly as described. We stepped right into finance and all the paperwork was ready. In and out of finance in about 15 minutes. I was a little worried about working a "deal" completely over email and phone but Ken Batchelor Cadillac eased the concern by providing a full Carfax and the inspection report from when the vehicle arrived on site. I highly recommend you consider giving Ken Batchelor Cadillac a chance to earn your business next time you are shopping for a used vehicle (or new). I am confident you won't regret it. My wife and I have purchased 25 vehicles over the past 25 years both new and used. Our experience with Robert and Ken Batchelor Cadillac was the easiest and least stressful of them all. More
I baught a 2018 precertified ats march 2021, that was not certified . When I took car in for service to done, I was given excuse and excuse on delays. Instead of completing the deal i was threaten that the loaner car would be reported stolen since i had it too long(30+days) thats because i was waiting for my ats whick k.batchlor still had in there shop. ESTER LUNA PER THE ONLY CALL WE SPOKE SHE DECIDED TO UNWIND THE LOAN, I ASK WHAT IS THAT SHE EXPLAINED AND NOW THEY HAVE THE LOANER OVER A WEEK AND BECAUSE I HAVNT HAD A CHANCE TO PICK UP MY 10K DWN PYMNT AND TRADE IN , NATHAN MGR IS AGAIN THREATEN TO CHARGE ME SOME TYPE OF FEES PER SOME TX LAW .. very unprofitional attitudes , deeply regret doing business with ken batchelor cadillac. Bad experience I live in del rio and I spoke to Cameron and he was great over the phone and told me to go and he would pay for my gas if the deal wasn't made. He said don't worry we will make it work and so my family and I left and we get there and even after he was texting me where I was etc. I get there and the first thing he says is let me get u someone else I'm busy with someone. So he passed me to lulu which she was great deal wasn't made and she filled my tank. I don't recommend this place unless u like to be lied to. More

*** Ken Batchelor Service - Alert *** I DO NOT recommend this this place for repairs. I took my car in for repairs to the front end and I was informed that it would be ready the same da I DO NOT recommend this this place for repairs. I took my car in for repairs to the front end and I was informed that it would be ready the same day. Two days later my car is ready and I pick it. As I was driving the car out of the service center, I noticed that my steering wheel is no longer center aligned. As I got on the road and started driving home, I noticed that my car is now pulling to the left while driving. I immediately called back and I let them know about the alignment. I asked the service rep if they had performed a front end alignment after they replaced the front end suspension parts. The service rep did not know for sure and he was going to call me back right away to let me know. Five days later and still no response from the service rep about the front end alignment. On the 6th day of no response, I sent an email to the service center and I get a call back the next day stating that they would complete the alignment. Finally they are going to perform the front end alignment that was supposed to be done at the time of repair. Today, I drop off my car at the service center for the alignment. Three hours later I get a call that the car has been repaired and is ready for pick up. All is well until I get my car back and I noticed a big crack on my front windshield on the passenger side. I talked with Robert the service manager about the damage and he said that they were not responsible for the crack on my windshield and that they were not going to pay for it. In his opinion, he felt that they were not at fault for the damage. How can they not be liable? I explained to Robert that the crack was not there in the morning when I dropped off my car and it has been in their possession all this time and now when I go to pick it up there is a big crack on my windshield. Again he said that there was nothing he could do about the damage to my vehicle. He told me to have my insurance pay for the repair. Bottom line - how can a service center cause damage to your vehicle and not be responsible in repairing the damage they caused? So, for these reasons, I will now have my vehicle serviced at another service center and I will NOT have any positive recommendations for Ken Batchelor Cadillac. More
