In my years of experience, I have come to believe that the Sewell dealerships have 'set the bar' for what customer service/loyalty means. Sewell commercials def communicate different image than what happens in reality. Went to Sewell Infiniti and they write me up a $32,400 invoice for an engine, and then say turbos are also out so need anoth what happens in reality. Went to Sewell Infiniti and they write me up a $32,400 invoice for an engine, and then say turbos are also out so need another $1700. Well, gotta 2nd opinion and can just say left Grubbs instead with a running engine nothing out of pocket and some warranty work with nothing related to the engine, so basically trust eroded and lied too regarding Sewell's bogus diagnosis. What's worse is it was great they gave me a loaner, but a drunk driver hit me. Instead of the service director Travis distERBed ask if I was ok and no injuries etc. he began interrogating me as to where the car is. Well sir your staff whom we already spoke with said we responsible for it, so yeah its at the shop as mentioned previously buddy and Thanks for giving a crap about my life or well-being. I told em that was pretty foul, but really wanted to curse him out. What's worse is told em how engine was not needing replaced and did not need a 32 grand bill to give him feedback about his shop. I also advised him that the tech said he couldn't try to drive the car because he didn't have a driver license and showed me a Mexican matricular. Once he was aware of this it was just like how he acted when had the wreck, absolutely no concern whatsoever. Hopefully, Sewell at the top is not reflective to those who are running their show at the lots on the daily! Guess this explains Sewell's F rating with BBB and all the complaints, but with the Sewell commercials didn't think twice.....common mistake I'm sure many consumers fall into. More
