Park place has the best customer service. I originally purchased my vehicle from Land Rover Austin, my vehicle needed some warranty items taken care of so I contacted the dealership and received the worst purchased my vehicle from Land Rover Austin, my vehicle needed some warranty items taken care of so I contacted the dealership and received the worst customer service- months and months of waiting for someone to schedule me in. I finally had to drive to the dealership where I was met with folks that were less than helpful. I found Park Place and told them about my issues with the other dealership. They told me they were sorry that I had a bad experience and that they hoped to change my mind. They immediately took my car and gave me a loaner vehicle so I wasn’t inconvenienced in anyway. They took two days to handle the items on my car that I had waited several months for from the original dealership. They fixed my problems and delivered the car back to me fully detailed. I just recently dropped off my car again for a check engine light and they again kindly accepted my vehicle- gave me a loaner and sent me on my way. The very next day my car was ready to be picked up and once again my car was ready and fully detailed. The people are amazing also!! Jose listened to me ramble and was so gracious. Everyone that worked there said hello to me and asked if they could help in any way. I have also told my friends with Land Rovers that they should be taken their cars here. More
