I called AAA got my car stated .. i call the company Saying I m late an hold my loner. I have important meeting I need to go to … i get here with a blank face Craig telling me ( I don’t have loner , we gave it away ., come back tomorrow…) he know my situation, and he know my car wouldn’t start as soon as I turn it off , and he know I have a important meeting to go tooo….. 0 recommendations to him and cause of people like him 0 recommendations to swell who talk big abt customer service… More

He is extremely knowledgable and answered all of our questions with ease, and happens to be the least pushy or overbearing car salesman we have met, which made purchasing a car MUCH less painful than our past experiences.
