I just re-leased a car with this dealership and things could not have been better. My sales associate was Mr. Riley Gonzales. He was amazing ! He was very professional but took a true interest in making me happy . Their contractual,financial associate also was more than helpful and it was pleasure to do the paper work with him. The dealership prepared the car quickly and Mr. Gonzales even sat with me and entered into this car's system, items that were important to me. He also went over some new features of this wonderful car and I was happily on my way. Just a pleasure to lease my car from them. Their service staff also has always been just great!. This pre owned location isn’t like other Sewell dealerships. They are all typical used car salesmen. I had great experiences with other Sewell especially Audi of Sugarland. We had a deal and put down my credit card in person. The car needed cleaning so I told them I will pick it up in the morning and sign the paperwork. The salesman called me back saying his bosses sold it to someone else. I talked to Anthony who try to put it on me. It was funny the excuse he came up with. A kid wouldnt even buy that made up excuse. AVOID and DO NOT ASSUME THEY ARE LIKE OTHER SEWELL More
Picked up my new RX 350 yesterday. It was an amazing hassle free experience! Alex Amaya was very professional throughout the process. I flew in from out of town. www.sewelllexus-dallas.com advertised a 2016 Lexus ES 350 (stock # P32289) to be a L-Certified car for sale which would include a 2 year unlimited mileage bumper to bumper warranty. When I went to the dealer (stock # P32289) to be a L-Certified car for sale which would include a 2 year unlimited mileage bumper to bumper warranty. When I went to the dealership with full intent to purchase the vehicle they said that the car was not L-Certified because it did not have factory wheels. When I mentioned that it was advertised as a L-Certified vehicle and showed them the ad on the internet they refused to honor it and instead offered me a 2 year 65,000 mile warranty but I would have to pay an additional $700 for it. I walked out. This is false advertising and not a way to get my business. More
After a fiasco with Park Place Lexus Plano trying for 5 months to get 2021 RX 350 and finding them completely lacking in customer service, no contact on status of an order, after I went to them for a statu months to get 2021 RX 350 and finding them completely lacking in customer service, no contact on status of an order, after I went to them for a status they claimed the order was deleted for no reason, never followed up on their supposed search for a close match and very slow in crediting back $1000 deposit when I had had enough of them doing nothing. I went to Sewell Lexus of Dallas, which I should have done from the beginning. 15 minutes after arriving Jacob Poteet had found the car I wanted and gave me a timeframe for getting it and only requested a $500 deposit. The level of customer service was amazing and I was kept informed of the progress with the car, including a 2 week delay due to a covid outbreak at a supplier. Bottom line Jacob did everything right and I love my new RX. He even delivered it to my door. You want service for your new Lexus purchase then go to Sewell. More

So I scheduled for the complimentary pick-up and drop off for my 5K service. Cleo dropped off my loaner and I was very impressed with the service so far. He picked it up at 08:30 and said it would be a one day service. I never heard back from Jourdan who was supposed to be my contact. Fast forward to 6 pm when I called the service dept to get a status on my car. I was told that all drop offs were done for the day and that they were all booked up for the following day. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! I should have been a first priority for a drop off. It is ridiculous that you have kept my car hostage. I may have understood if my contact had just called me and said "hey we are going to keep your car an additional day because we are not done servicing your vehicle. I would rather pay to have Lexus serviced somewhere else than to go through this again. More
