Sewickley Audi gave the worst service I have ever had. I have had several Audi’s. I called inquiring on a Q5 listed for sale on their website. (Stated call for price)They could not find the car and it took 1 1/2 week to get me a price! (I called the dealers supervisor to get a price). I couldn’t get them to take my money! Then finally after a deal was made over the phone with a pick up time arranged the car was not ready.. no all weather floor mats in the vehicle which was stated on the sticker as included. The manager acted as if I was a burden to ask for what I paid for. He then took the mats out of various other Q5’s on the lot. The dealership is completely disorganized. Also, I bought a certified (1,200 miles) vehicle and because they never filed the certified paperwork I could not use the app that gives me access to many new features. I could not be taught to use all the new features because I had no access to it. I had a scheduled pick up date! BEWARE OF SEWICKLEY AUDI!
