He answered all of our questions, was polite, and poised. Supervisor Karl was equally as fabulous and made sure we were at ease with each step of the way. That was it....we were buying this used car...which was beautifully detailed inside and out by a man named George I believe. When it came time to wrap the financial end, Robert had us in and out with zero issues. Got the car home and had some paperwork issues, my fault NOT theirs, and Karl stepped in to rectify things for me remotely....even though he didn't have to! What a great team....highly recommended!!!
