The quote provided for repair was potentially more than I wanted to spend, so I asked Gary Kelly if he could provide an appraisal for potential trade-in. He made a fair offer (given the repairs to be completed) by the end of the day. My spouse and I test drove three vehicles the following day, Tuesday. We decided to purchase a newer CTS rather than repair the existing one. We submitted the loan application and other basic documents on Tuesday, with Gary staying well past the dealership's closing time. I returned on Wednesday to sign all documents, but my spouse was caught at work and unable to make it. Gary allowed me to take the vehicle without my spouse's signatures, again staying well past the dealership's closing time to explain in better detail the features of the vehicle. He then drove to my spouse's office on Thursday for him to sign the documents, completing the transaction. I purchased an exterior paint protection plan, which required the vehicle to go back to the dealership. Gary came to my spouse's office on Friday to retrieve the vehicle. He brought it to the dealership to have the exterior protection coating completed, and then returned the vehicle to the office. I've had my vehicle repaired by the service department for years and have always been impressed. This was my first interaction with the sales team, and I was equally impressed. Gary took great strides to make the transaction as quick and easy for us as possible. More
