I went into the Shaker Lincoln dealership in Watertown on Thursday, 10/10/2013 unshaven, dressed in jeans, sneakers and a t-shirt. Sales people didn't rush to spend time with me. Remember that name ELTANY MORAIS. He was clean and neatly attired and very professional and organized at his work. He took us through the steps that he had prepared well ahead of time. He took us to see several cars before we settled on the Flex and the Lincoln MKT. What he did not know he quickly got help or advice from his manager or other personnel. The next morning I drove by the dealership where Mr. Morais was out in the yard. I stopped to let him know that my choice was the Lincoln MKT and I went home to get money to seal a deal hoping that I could get the car on Monday. By the time I got back, the car had been removed from the showroom to be readied for delivery. In the matter of a couple of hours the car was delivered including unloading the trade-in and moving "stuff" to the new Lincoln. The dealership was far better organized than the last two lincolns that I purchased but Eltany adds to that organization as he performs his responsibilities. More

Everyone at Shakers went above and beyond my expectations. The new dealership is appointed well with tons of amenities to dabble with while I wait for my service. I already went for a free car wash and vacuum and was greeted as welcoming as when I first stepped on the premises. The say "the purchase is where the relationship starts" and I can attest to that they mean it. They make me feel like family. Great bunch of people, owners and staff alike.
