I was looking for a specific truck (color, make, model). I first went the dealership that I used for service and parts on a regular basis. The dealer was pushing a truck that was not the right color or make or the price point I wanted to pay. I went to see James Cianciolo at Shaker's Family Ford Lincoln. He listened to what I wanted, found the exact truck that I was looking for at a dealership 80 miles away and personally drove with Mr. Shaker to pick up my truck. The dealership accomadated my schedule and stayed opened an extra hour to go over every feature on my truck. Mr. Cianciolo called me the following week to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and to see how the truck was running. My experience with Mr. Cianciolo and Shaker's Family Ford Lincoln was exceptional and I highly recommend this dealership. I had a great experience with Jame Cianciolo when leasing my 2011 Ford Explorer. He was personable and very, very helpful. Our experience with the dealership was pleasant. We got a good deal on a car that met our criteria, and worn out tires and breaks being replaced. Great experience; Lou seemed more focused on asking me what I needed than on trying to push the sale, which was nice. Also, when the out the door price came out a bit out of my price range, the manager w what I needed than on trying to push the sale, which was nice.
