Upon entering and stating my intentions of "taking a test driv Looking for a used Lincoln Navigator, I saw, online, that Shakers had a 2013 in stock. Upon entering and stating my intentions of "taking a test drive only" my wife and I were greeted by Ed Shaker and asked to wait a short time for a sales consultant. We also had the pleasure of meeting owner, Corey Shaker, who took the time to say "hello". Sal cordially invited us to his desk, but not before offering us a coffee or tea from their refreshment bar. After a friendly exchange of our intentions and Sal's explaination of their Certified Pre-Owned car program, we were off for that test drive. Advancing 11 years forward from my Lincoln Blackwood, state-of-art technology was immediately recognized as well as a great ride! Sal was completely familiar with all the "buttons" in the cockpit, which he took several minutes, hands on, to explain when we arrived back. I was impressed! Another review of the 200 point certification and warranty program changed our minds to the "buy" mode. I already knew from my online searches that this vehicle was priced VERY competitively with similar ones in the tri-state area. Cindy cheerfully took us through the sales process and the Navigator was ours! Overall, the entire process was exceptional and the entire staff made the experience a pleasure. P.S.: Their facility is beautiful and very customer friendly. I am looking forward to an enduring relationship with continuing service and sales. More

Keep Driving If you are looking for a dealership that doesn't stand by or admit mistakes, tells you the problem is fixed when it is not, or an owner that is so arr If you are looking for a dealership that doesn't stand by or admit mistakes, tells you the problem is fixed when it is not, or an owner that is so arrogant he told me to take the mistake they didn't fix to another dealer then this is the place for you! Shaker's is the poster child for horrendous customer service and lousy technicians. They claimed that they found the root of my problem, yet the very next morning the SAME thing happened. Yeah....they fixed the problem. After I got nowhere with the service dept, I then emailed the owner. If you look on Facebook and Yelp you will see that Shaker's is WELL known for poor service. Anyway, the owner emailed me back and said I was forbidden from bringing my car back or to even come on the property. What a child. Not only did they not fix the problem but they won't man up and try and figure out the problem. Seems Shaker's doesn't like their nose rubbed in their own shoddy workmanship! More

I had found a car online and called to come in to see it, but after getting everything We had Rodrigo Gallardo as our salesman and he was outstanding. I had found a car online and called to come in to see it, but after getting everything ready to buy it, when it went through service it didn't pass and was sent to auction. I was very disappointed but Rodrigo wasn't fazed he automatically found me another car that was much better. He knew exactly what to look for out of the entire inventory and we bought it on the spot. He was very knowledgeable about the car and getting me the best price possible. He made sure we had everything we could want while looking for a replacement which only took minutes. I have told everyone about how great he was when telling them about my new car. If anyone I know is looking for a new or used car I will have them ask for him personally. Thanks for finding me the perfect car. More
