Everyone was very courteous, and Bob made sure a written receipt of what was on order and owed to me under the contract was provided. I was very grateful to all of them for how they treated me. Devino's Poor inspection practices on returned lease vehicles. Customers should be provided with a written inspection at the time the vehicle is returned. I brought my vehicle in on March 19 for inspection and was informed "everything is fine". I picked up the new lease nine days later. At no point in between was I ever informed there were issues with my return. I received a certified letter from Hyundai on April 5 with a demand letter for $1730.00. I emailed and faxed information to the dealership several times but have not received a response in five days. The current practice of telling customers that the inspection was fine and then sending them a bill 18 days later is nothing short of deceptive. I would not have leased a new vehicle if I was informed of the results of the inspection in a timely manner. More

He was very helpful and even drew us diagrams to break everything down for us into simple terms and explanations. I had a trade-in vehicle that I still had a large balance on and Bob worked it out so that I was comfortable with the final purchase and the final numbers. When I picked up my car it was completely detailed, full of gas and Rob helped to install my Bluetooth and fix all the electronics. I was all set, all I had to do was get in a drive. Thanks guys!
