However, the sales team and finance should learn great skills from Mitch because at my recent purchase of a new car, my salesman wasn’t there when I picked up the car, someone else filled in but kept leaving us during the sign off period (even walked away while on the phone talking to our insurance guy.. mid conversation while the guy was talking) just walked away.. who does that.??? They were sure to let us know they were short handed which doesn’t leave that welcoming feeling, especially when your picking up a new car and have many questions..needless to say, we felt totally rushed once the paperwork was signed and “moved along” as the next car was pulled up moving ours out the door. Be prepared to teach yourself how to work these new cars because they don’t have time to review with you.
