Have always had superior service at Shaker's. I can go to a more local Hyundai dealership for my service, but I have had pretty terrible service from FFLD Hyundai dealer/service and suboptimal s I can go to a more local Hyundai dealership for my service, but I have had pretty terrible service from FFLD Hyundai dealer/service and suboptimal service at Milford Hyundai dealership. (in fact, these issues are why I came to Shaker's- as they would not fix the situation that Shaker's had to deal with when I switched to Shaker's- it was a HUGE job, and they were super awesome). I bought my care in 2020, and during the shut-down, where the dealership I purchased my certified used vehicle, it took almost TWO years for parts to come in *(that* was mostly due to Hyundai corporate. I was given a loaner car for the whole nearly two years I waited for my car back. I credit Shaker's Hyundai and the service manager I had at the time (as well as others who pitched in to get my car back on the road). Since switching to Shakers, I drive 40 minutes to get my oil changed, and I don't think I will be going anywhere else unless I move away. Kudos and thanks to the super service techs who have always worked hard for my business. I appreciate Shakers Hyundai. The other dealerships need to take a clue from Shaker's! Thanks for such awesome service. More

I will never leave Shaker's Hyundai in Watertown, even though I drive 40 minutes to get to Shaker's. (IT'IS WORTH IT)>. I bought my car at a HYUNDAI dealer in Ffld in 2020., issues from the beginning though I drive 40 minutes to get to Shaker's. (IT'IS WORTH IT)>. I bought my car at a HYUNDAI dealer in Ffld in 2020., issues from the beginning and since the DEALER I purchased it from already had my money, they decided not to bother fixing the issues (certified pre-owned, thus COVERED. It took CORPORATE Hyundai almost 2 years to get their head in the game. BUT< THANKFULLY Shaker's was ALWAYS patient and helpful, and though it took a long time for it to get out of the shop (partially due to the pandemic shutdown), they ALWAYS made sure I had a vehicle to drive, and they ALWAYS addressed any setbacks over those many months. I have had different service managers over the time my car has been there for the original issue, and for an engine issue that was taken care of (again, with a loaner car, which they also dropped off to me due to the drive to get there. I have had exceptional service. There is literally no comparison between Shakers and the other three dealerships I have used, and thankfully, ditched. SO VERY THANKFUL for the service and care that Shaker's has given mem since 2020. I will continue to drive 40 minutes to receive the awesome service that I get EVERY SINGLE TIME! I'm a BIG FAN. (Maybe you guys should train the other three duds that I had to deal with since I found Shaker's! =) More
