Best time ever buying my 4th new car Matt was the best, he was very polite and friendly ,not pushy at all like others in the past,we have actually walked out of dealerships because they Matt was the best, he was very polite and friendly ,not pushy at all like others in the past,we have actually walked out of dealerships because they wouldn't leave you alone for 5 minutes to try to make a decision, so we went to a different dealership for our purchase, then to top it off they would call a dozen times to see if you were coming back even after walking out unhappy and telling them you were going elsewhere.I did decide on a car at shakers but I wanted a certain color after I left Matt did call me once to say they had it in the lot and told him I decided on a different vehicle and he was still very polite about it and said he was sorry, why should he be sorry?. Well I called back that day and told him I wanted to take another look so I went back and bought the kia and this thing has so many perks its enough to spin your head but Matt knew all the ins and outs of this car I don't know if i'll ever learn everything about it but Matt took his time to explain and said to come back anytime for help if needed as I was pushed for time that evening. Overall it was the best experience in buying a new car. More
